From the bedroom window, you can see the Spanish Steps. The property looks onto a peaceful old square with a lovely fountain, right in the heart of Rome. The rooms were elegant, very clean, and well cared for, with thoughtful details. The bed was especially comfortable, and the linens were soft and high quality. The staff were kind and ready to answer questions. They also suggested places to visit and restaurants where we had delicious meals. This will be our base whenever we come back to Rome. Thank you for such warm hospitality!

We could walk to the Pantheon, Castel Sant'Angelo, the Colosseum, Campo dei Fiori, and plenty of other places in just a few minutes. The property is central but very quiet, a good choice if you want to explore on your own and on foot. Our room was clean and bright. Marco and his team were professional and attentive to everything I asked for. Thank you so much.

We spent a cold night in the room with my 9-month-old twins. When I reported the heating problem, the owner only said it had been working that morning. In the morning, we went around Rome trying to find a bar for breakfast, without success. I called several times at 9:15am and got no answer. The room cost as much as a hotel, and it was expensive, yet there was no breakfast and no response. What kind of business is this? If you run a place, you’re responsible for the people staying there. My rating is ZERO.

Right in the center of Rome, and everything was in perfect order. The service was attentive, and the air conditioning made the hot nights wonderful. I really enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend it for a few lovely days in the city. Thank you, Marco, for the experience.
