The shared laundry was handy, with the washing machine and dryer each costing 5 EUR. Our apartment was clean, well furnished, and had the promised amenities. The kitchen was clean and well equipped, and the heater worked very well. Our host was waiting when we arrived, gave us useful information about getting to places of interest from the hotel, and promptly provided the invoice. The tips about nearby supermarkets helped us a lot. We were very comfortable here and would recommend it to families.

We went in mid-January and found it peaceful. The hotel is close to Termini without being right on top of it, and metro and bus connections made it easy to get around. We mostly walked and also used public transport. Hotel staff greeted us at the door and explained the room and hotel in detail. Having to pay the city tax in cash was a bit frustrating since we don't carry cash.

We stayed four nights in September 2024. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, and there was a coin-operated laundry machine, which was handy. It was self check-in and check-out, so I never met the host, but everything had been thought through and went smoothly. I didn't run into any problems.

The only thing that bothered us was how long the water took to heat up. Otherwise, everything was great, and we'd definitely stay again. The apartment was compact but clean and tidy, with the main attractions and Termini station fairly close by.

The neighborhood felt nice and safe, with a military presence nearby. We could walk to Termini station and the subway, and there were plenty of restaurants around without the busy tourist-area feel. The apartment was clean, had enough room for our family of four to spread out, and the AC worked well and was easy to operate. The host was helpful and accommodating, and communication was easy. All in all, we enjoyed our stay.
