Teatro Pace

The beds were comfy and breakfast was great. The shower was tight but worked. No complaints at all, the people working there were very nice. Definitely recommend this place.

We loved our time in Rome, especially returning each day to Hotel Teatro Pace, a well-preserved palace that made us feel part of the city's history. It's a charming historic hotel in the heart of Rome, within walking distance of all the sights. The staff were friendly, kind, and helpful, and each morning they brought a generous, tasty, filling breakfast to our room. Everything was very clean, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and there was enough space for travelers on the go. The staircase is wide, easy to use, and beautiful. We'll choose this place again.

We stayed in room 207, which opens with a real key and has a sliding-door, cupboard-style setup. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom worked. This old-fashioned hotel sits right behind Piazza Navona, within easy reach of all those Centro Storico sights.

This place has a charming feel and really gives you that “Rome” atmosphere. The staff were wonderful, friendly, and very helpful. Our room was clean, comfortable, and spacious, and slippers were provided. A couple of practical things for booking: there are no elevators, and I was on the top floor, so it meant a lot of stairs. They did bring our complimentary breakfast and luggage up for us. Also, the street makes it hard for a private transfer, taxi, or Uber to drop you right outside, and Uber drivers may have trouble finding you for pickup.
