If all you need is somewhere to sleep at night, this works well. It’s near Termini, but I had no trouble sleeping. I never met anyone face to face, though the service over WhatsApp was good. They sent a QR code with useful instructions and addresses for places.

If you want to waste your time in Rome, this might be the place. Check-in was poor: I had already given my arrival time, yet I was left waiting in the street and got a rude response. Hygiene was a problem too. They didn't change the bedding or pillows, only the covers, leaving stains and dust from previous guests mixed in.

The bed was comfortable, and the room was clean and quiet. It’s right by Termini, Rome’s main station. Just be aware this isn’t a hotel. You need to contact them at least two days ahead to get the check-in instructions. We hadn’t noticed that, so we were a bit lost when we arrived. Once we got in touch, they promptly sent videos and all the directions for getting into the building and room.

It’s very close to the station, and the facilities were clean and in great shape, which makes sense since the place is new. The friendly service put me in a good mood. I’d seen some negative reviews and was worried, but there was no reason to be. The shower room is a little small, though. It might be hard for a large man to wash comfortably.

We finally got into the room at 4 pm, after being told at 11 that check-in was at 3. The address didn’t match, and we had to guess the phone number. Even at 3, the room wasn't ready, despite there being four rooms in the condo. The room was small, and the bathroom even more so. €150 plus taxes is far too much. Never again.
