The rooms are absurdly small, there’s no wardrobe, and the room was very humid. We only saw the staff once, when we paid, and got no help at all. They barely speak English, but enough to insult guests. After checkout, we left a negative review on Booking and received an offensive, aggressive response to our criticism. The insults continued in private emails after I asked the property to remove their insulting comment. Please avoid this place.

The room had lots of outlets, a free safe, an electric kettle, tea, and candy and cookies. Towels and toiletries were provided in the shower area. The windows looked onto a quiet, green courtyard, though I did miss having a balcony. The hotel is in a residential building. It’s a 15-minute walk to the Vatican and 5 minutes to the metro. There’s a market nearby and a café open 24 hours at the intersection with the building. The friendly hostess and daily cleaning were great, and the linens were changed every three days. A lovely little hotel in a convenient location. I highly recommend it.
