The hotel has lovely decor, and the proprietors and staff were genuinely welcoming. It’s close to the lake and some very nice restaurants, with bus stops nearby. The walk to the gateway into the old town takes about 20 minutes. We had a very enjoyable stay.

The rooms were spacious, clean and nicely decorated, and the air conditioning worked well. There’s also a comfortable lounge area for coffee or drinks. We found restaurants within a couple of minutes’ walk, and the shuttle bus stop for the old town of Sirmione was just as close. After a long bus ride from Verona, we were made to feel at home as soon as we arrived at the end of July. Every staff member was lovely and helpful with advice about the area. Everything about the hotel was brilliant, and I’d highly recommend staying here.

Breakfast was a delight every morning, and the staff were welcoming throughout. When we arrived at the start of our three-week tour of Northern Italy, our host Laura greeted us warmly and gave us lots of useful local information. The rooms were very clean and nicely decorated, and the bed was huge. We had a superb stay, and the location worked really well for exploring. We’ll certainly come back.

We liked our time around Lake Garda so much that we’ll definitely return. Staying at Hotel Villa Rosa was a real treat, and we even added an extra day to our trip. The family who run it were friendly, welcoming and very helpful. Breakfast was superb each morning, and our room was cleaned and refreshed every day. My husband and I really enjoyed our time in Sirmoine.

The room was quiet, clean and spacious, and parking was free. The place was easy to find and well located. Staff were very friendly and happy to help, with good tips on restaurants, things to do and places to visit. Breakfast was tasty.
