The restaurant downstairs can get a little noisy, especially around closing, but it was usually quiet by 11pm. The location was central and easy to find. Our room was lovely and had everything we needed, and the staff were exceptional, always positive and really helpful.

The hotel is in an extremely convenient spot, and our room was perfect. The staff were pleasant and helpful, doing all they could to make the stay enjoyable. Thanks to everyone for such a wonderful visit. We'll be very happy to return on our next trip to the City of the Doges.

We had a family emergency and couldn't use our booking. They refused to refund us, and didn't offer even a partial refund or hotel credit. There's no compassion or consideration here, even in a dire situation. AWFUL SERVICE! Do NOT book. I would not recommend this property.

10/10
The woman who checked me in shared loads of useful tips and information, and all the staff were incredibly friendly. The location is right in the middle of everything you'd want to see in Venice, with the nearest water taxi station just a 3 minute walk away. My room was very clean, with a fridge that came in handy for cold water in summer. The air conditioning felt fantastic after long, sweaty days of walking around. A really comfortable stay.

It's a short, noisy spell when the restaurant downstairs opens in the morning and wraps up around 11pm. The room was clean and well equipped, and the small size didn't bother us since we were out most of the time. Front desk staff were friendly. The location is incredible, close to the Rialto boat station and San Marco.
