Breakfast was great, though it costs extra. This cute, clean hotel is right off the Grand Canal and about a 5 minute walk from the train station. The staff were very friendly. My double room was a little small for two, but perfect for me and still fine for two people who plan to be out and about most of the time. I’d return.

The gardens are marvelous, and the staff were outstanding. Our room was small but clean, bright, and comfortable. We had a wonderful time at the Resort and would definitely stay again.

The room was better than I expected, and the staff were really friendly. The hotel also sent plenty of useful information before check-in, including directions and a link to register for Venice's QR exemption for overnight stays. We had to show the code as soon as we got off at Venice Santa Lucia. It's a good hotel in a great spot near the train station.

That little garden hidden behind the hotel beside the canal was a lovely extra. The staff were kind and helpful throughout, and the place felt like a five-star stay with a family feel. Rooms are spacious and very clean, and the whole hotel is kept up like a museum. It's also handy for the train and the express airport bus.

I used the hotel as a base to walk around all the different parts of Venice, and the location worked perfectly. The train station is five minutes away on foot, with the nearest water bus stop just two minutes away. My room was large and elegant, and the interior has a museum-like feel. There are plenty of nice hotels in Venice, but this is one of the nicest. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful. I'd say it's worth staying here.
