Casa Fortuny Luxury Apartment

Luca was a kind and helpful host who gave us clear directions to the apartment. Inside, it was clean and elegantly furnished, with a well-stocked kitchen, working AC and WiFi, and enough space for everyone to spread out. There's a grocery store around the corner. For future guests, be aware there are two flights of 20 steps each and no elevator. We managed fine, but it could be difficult for someone with mobility issues.

The owner kept us well informed about getting around venice. The place itself was spacious and felt very luxurious, and there's a spar corner shop right beside it with reasonable prices. We absolutely loved our stay.

We had a great stay. The only thing I'd be picky about is that the kitchen could have been cleaner.

The apartment's decor really put me in the mood for the city, and the location was excellent, right next to a market and close to everything we needed. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms with hair dryers, and was lovely, comfortable, clean, and well equipped. There was air conditioning in every room, a fully equipped kitchen, a washing machine, and an iron with an ironing board. The owner was very attentive and always available, sharing lots of tips for places to go and things to do. Getting there involves climbing high stairs, so it's not suitable for people who need accessibility. I recommend it without hesitation!
