We were a group of friends with four rooms booked, and everyone came away with the same good impression. The place is only about 250 meters from the Rialto Bridge, but it's tucked into a quiet spot away from the busy streets. Beds were great, rooms comfortable, and the bathrooms very good. We arrived after 5 PM, when reception was closed, but the self check-in directions were clear and detailed, so getting inside and finding the keys was straightforward. We were very satisfied.

The rooms are on a nice little spot near Piazza San Marco, with everything close by. They're small, but clean and pleasant overall.

After the recent renovation, we found the rooms pretty and clean, and the service was nice. Staff were easy to reach on WhatsApp. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend it.

The rooms were terrible for the price, and I'd avoid this Daplaces. Other Daplaces are much, much better. Reception staff were inattentive, and reception wasn't manned during the hours they advertised. In our bathroom, a panel was loose and hadn't been nailed down, and the shower had visible grime. There was no toilet paper, and nobody responded when we asked for some. The door wasn't attached securely and rattled loudly whenever people in the next-door rooms opened or closed their doors. Soundproofing was bad too. Overall, overpriced, with poor rooms and unhelpful staff. This one is not daplace to stay.
