I didn't stay at the hotel, but I'm very grateful to the male receptionist who helped me. My train was suddenly canceled because of a strike, and around 10 p.m. I was walking around looking for somewhere to sleep. Although the hotel was fully booked, he kindly told me I might find a room at another hostel and took the time to show me where it was on Google Maps. It was Saturday night, with Sunday coming up, and most places were full. I didn't know what to do. Thanks to his kindness, I found a place to stay safely at the hostel he recommended and got through the night.

The room had a pleasant interior, modern furniture and working appliances, just as described. It was spacious, clean and cozy, with a comfortable bed. Housekeeping came daily and did a very good job. We were very pleased with our stay. The staff were polite, attentive and professional from the start, and check-in was quick and easy.

We got great service, and the location was perfect. The rooms were clean and a nice size for the price. It's about a five-minute walk from the train station and close to the main street, but tucked away enough to feel calm.

I had a solo room and it was really good for the price. The room was clean and beautiful, and the hotel is under a ten-minute walk from the train station with a suitcase. It's also close to the Grand Canal. Breakfast is basic, though maybe more than good enough for Venice. It's complimentary if you book through the official website, so I'd recommend reserving there. I definitely recommend this place.

The rooms are a little small, but the bathrooms have been recently refurbished and are good quality. Reception were friendly and kindly waited for us when our flight was delayed. It's a great little hotel in a very good spot, close to the train station and Vaporetto stops.
