We liked being so central, with several attractions only a few minutes away on foot. The staff were friendly, too. Breakfast was a little below average, with limited options, and on the first morning the bread didn’t seem fresh, as if it had been left over from the day before. The pillows weren’t comfortable.

It was really noisy, with street sounds carrying straight into the room. The entrance floor looked like a storage area, and there were no room amenities or slippers. After massively overpaying for what was probably the worst hotel I’ve stayed in, I was also charged for checking out late.

Perfect spot for a hotel, and it smelled lovely everywhere. We were excited from the very start of our trip. I can only recommend it! :)

Eurostar was cancelled, so I asked to move my booking by two days. The hotel had availability, and I was willing to pay the higher price, but my emails and messages were ignored all day. In the end, I just got an automated “declined” response. When I tried cancelling, the system showed availability again, but I still received a decline. I know the booking was non-refundable, but this was a known Eurostar issue and the hotel had space, so they could have charged me more. Another hotel I booked at Lake Garda changed my dates without a problem, so it can be done. With no customer service like this, I’d regret staying here. DON'T BOOK THIS HOTEL.

My single room matched the website photo. It was clean and a little small, but had what I needed since I was only there to sleep and shower. The location was great, close to Rialto Bridge and the main square. Breakfast was fresh, with an adequate amount of choice. The staff were helpful and friendly, and check-in and checkout both went smoothly.
