Hotel Moresco

We really enjoyed the cocktails and cicchetti at happy hour, and the little patio was cute. Breakfast was great, too. The hotel sits in a calm area, about 15 minutes from the train and bus stations, with shops and restaurants still close by. Everyone was friendly and attentive, and the service was fantastic. The wifi was the one drawback, though only a minor one.

We were celebrating our anniversary, and the staff arranged sparkling wine in our room, a really thoughtful surprise. They were welcoming throughout and always checked that we had what we needed. We had a wonderful three-night stay at Hotel Moresco in the quiet Dorsoduro area. The room was clean and lovely, though a better canal view would have been nice; it didn't affect our trip. Breakfast had everything we wanted and the coffee service was wonderful. The restaurant staff were also so helpful and kind. They had cichetti in the parlor almost every day, which looked great, though we didn't get to try them. There was a nice outdoor patio as well.

The bathroom felt luxurious, with both a bathtub and walk-in shower. Just be careful with the shower, since it isn't enclosed and water can spill out. The room was clean, spacious, and warm. Staff were friendly and attentive, and there was a welcome drink and pastry on arrival. Breakfast runs from 7:00 to 11:00, which gives you plenty of time, and happy hour is from 18:30 to 20:00.

We woke up to a beautiful canal view and a really peaceful feeling. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and the hotel has that charming small-boutique character. It's on a quiet canal, close to transport and within walking distance of the main sights. Breakfast was excellent every morning, with high quality food. The staff were warm and friendly, and clearly wanted to make sure we had what we needed. We absolutely loved our stay at the Moresco Hotel and would gladly come back. We'd recommend it to couples, though families can stay here too.
