The apartment was really cozy and clean, and the kitchen had everything, even good coffee. The staff were friendly and very helpful 🩷

The room was really stuffy, and the location is too far from the center. Some lights were broken, which the owner apparently already knew, but nobody told us. The room was dark, and when I messaged about it, the host said that's why she had put in a lamp. There was nothing else she could do, and there were no working outlets in one room, with no extension lead provided for charging phones. We didn't know how to use the air conditioning because there were no remotes. The owner said guests often take them home, so there was nothing she could do about that either. We also had a blackout for a few minutes and had to work out how to fix it ourselves. The one good thing is that you can cook. I'd choose another hotel.

We had everything we needed for a short stay in this small, comfortable apartment. It’s in the Rotonda de la Calle, a really quiet area, and the Vaporetto takes you into central Venice in about two minutes.
