Residenza Ducato

Paola made our visit special. She helped arrange transfers and shared local tips that made exploring Venice more enjoyable. We felt at home from the moment we arrived. The accommodation was comfortable and well cared for, and its location made it easy to get to the sights. I’d gladly stay at Residenza Ducato again and recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable visit.

The quiet nights were a real treat, especially with Residenza Ducato so centrally placed, just a short walk from St. Mark's Square and the Rialto Bridge. Our room was spotless, and Paola and Valentina were attentive and helpful throughout. This was the best experience we’ve had on our many trips around Italy. Highly recommended.

Paola arranged a fan for me before we arrived and helped us plan our time in Venice. Housekeeping was 10/10. We stayed five nights in apartment 30, which was quiet, exceptionally clean, and nicely furnished, almost like new. It felt private and comfortable, and I slept better than I do at home, even though I’m a terrible sleeper. The location is right in the middle of everything, a few minutes from the Rialto water bus stop, while the hotel itself sits on a calm street. A peaceful little oasis in a busy city. Thank you!

Valentina was such a helpful hostess, and all the things she told us about Venice made our stay more interesting. I’ve stayed at plenty of lovely hotels over the past few years, but I haven’t had service this good. The apartment was beautiful and clean, and perfectly located. We had a wonderful time at Residenza Ducato.
