The sofa bed was the weak point, its mattress is really thin and needs replacing. Otherwise, it's good value, with nice amenities and excellent AC, which you need in summer. The location is great, close to Realto bridge and the main water bus station. I'd stay again.

You're only about 10 to 15 minutes on foot from St.Marks square, with ferry and water bus/taxi stops very close by. The location is great. But the place is tiny and the ceiling is low, so I wouldn't suggest it for anyone taller than 5ft 7in. The shower feels cramped too.

It was easy to get around from Nicola's apartment. The Vaporetto stop is just minutes away, and the entertainment area is also walkable. Inside, we had everything we needed in the kitchen and bathroom, and the bedding was very comfortable. Our stay was pleasant and easy, and we definitely recommend the apartment.

The owner was helpful and spoke English well, and the apartment had lots of space and a fully equipped kitchen. We had a great time in Venice, though the sofa bed was noisy and uncomfortable. Bring something to keep mosquitoes away.

The location is good, and the place works for 2 to 4 people. But there were bed bugs, and the upstairs neighbors were so loud we could hear them as if they were right there in bed with us.
