The apartment is about five minutes from Verona train station, which made the location really convenient. We had a great stay. The rooms were roomy and clean, and there was a washing machine in the bathroom, though you need your own detergent. It was a little cold, but we found an extra duvet in the cupboard. The kitchen had plates, cutlery, pans, salt, and oil, so cooking was easy; bring any other spices you need. A small grocery store nearby sells fruit, vegetables, and other basics.

For the price, this was a really good deal, cheaper than most one-room hotels, and the location was decent. The young woman we spoke with was helpful and kind, and trusted us to leave the parking and VAT money in a locker. The problem came when we extended our stay: we asked for the same kind of room, especially one with a balcony and washing machine so we could smoke and wash our clothes, but got neither. That room also cost 10 euros more. When we called to ask for a discount, the man hung up on us. Seems to depend on who you get.

The location was great, and the apartment was very clean.

I booked an apartment for five people, but there wasn't enough for five of us. When we asked them to fix it urgently, they said they were a big agency with lots of apartments to manage, then did nothing. They seem focused on collecting cash and stop answering afterward. Never use this agency.
