The bathroom water pressure was weak, the electricity kept cutting out, and the rooms weren't clean. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

The terrace has breathtaking views, and the location is perfect. The bathroom could use an upgrade since the shower drains onto the floor, but the staff made my birthday really special. They had everything prepared at midnight, with cake and decorations and glorious Petra behind me. They went above and beyond. I had the best birthday possible at this hotel.

The city views were very good, and the reception staff were friendly. The dining area was poorly managed, though, even if there were lots of tour groups and it was hard to coordinate everyone. The manager was extremely rude. In the room, the shower door wouldn't close, and there was only one working power point.

The neighborhood is noisy, right in a residential area, and the food was nothing special, just the bare minimum. They charge for water at dinner and seemed surprised when I wanted to pay by card. The bathroom was dirty, the Wi-Fi was bad, and the person in charge of the staff was unpleasant. My bed was broken, the toilet seat didn't fit 🤦♂️, parts of the shower were broken, the bath had no door handle, and the electrical socket wasn't properly attached.

We accidentally left our clothes at the hotel, but the staff found them without any trouble and we were able to get them back. We were grateful for that. The service was very friendly, the food was tasty, and the hotel was excellent.
