I had a pleasant stay here. The room was more spacious than I expected, with plenty of room to relax, and everyone was friendly. It was convenient being close to the station, so getting around was easy. The best part was waking up to Mount Fuji right outside my window. A cozy option if you want easy access and a great view.

The rooftop terrace was our favorite spot. We loved heading up to see Mt. Fuji. The hotel’s location was great for our two-night stay, with nearby places in walking distance and free parking a short walk away. The lobby had a shared kitchen and dining area, plus snacks and drinks for sale and a microwave. The staff were kind and very helpful. Amazing place, highly recommend!

The room was a comfortable place to unwind after exploring, and Mt. Fuji was right there in the view from my window when I woke up. Getting around was easy too, with the station only a short walk away. A lovely base for enjoying the scenery while staying close to city conveniences.

The rooftop view of Mt. Fuji was a real bonus, and you can go up there any time. Just keep the noise down after 10 pm. The lobby has a huge range of useful things to pick up, from pajamas, skincare, tea, coffee and soup to a universal adapter and even a hair curler, which I’ve never seen offered at a hotel in Japan. Staff were helpful and spoke really good English. I booked a family room with a mountain view, and it was one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Japan. The layout was great, with the shower and toilet in separate wet and dry areas, and I hardly heard noise from next door. It was very clean, and they can change the bedding if you stay more than three nights. Mt. Fuji Station is nearby, with bus and train connections, which made getting around the Fujiyoshida area very convenient. I’ll definitely come back. Thanks for the service!
