The apartment at Kozue was gorgeous, with spacious rooms, a well-equipped kitchen and bright bathrooms. The staff and service made the stay especially good. They kept in touch throughout, handled requests quickly, and the ride service was a real help, with waits never longer than a few minutes. Everyone I met was friendly and seemed to genuinely enjoy helping. There were too many staff to name, but special thanks to Oscar for sharing local tips on where to find the best snow and gates on the mountain.

After long days snowboarding, Kozue was a clean, comfortable place to come back to. The property was well maintained and thoughtfully designed, and my January 12th-16th stay was amazing. The concierge team made things easy with attentive, responsive help, logistics support, and local recommendations. I was impressed by everyone I interacted with: Thomas, Charlie, Millie, Daisy, Lydia, Alysha, Maddie, Sinead, Eilish, Sophia, and Jamie. They cover the front desk and included private rides around town, too. I was stuck in a blizzard with Alysha for over 20 minutes. She kept in touch with her supervisor while we waited somewhere safe, and there was no pressure to push on to my destination. Our safety came first, which I appreciated. As a professionally trained driver, I felt safe with them behind the wheel. If you’re unsure where to stay in Niseko, I’d recommend Kozue for comfort, professionalism and concierge service. It was a place I was glad to return to each day, and I hope to visit again.

We spent a long weekend at Kozue and would love to come back. Even with the crowds, the fantastic snow meant we got plenty of skiing in. Love from the Whiteroom, arranged for us by Kozue / NISADE, was a great instructor and took us on some nice black runs and off-piste routes suitable for novices. Thomas, Sinead and Lydia at Kozue were wonderful, answering questions, making suggestions, driving us around Hirafu, and chatting with us about skiing and Niseko. The location feels unique, at the quieter end of Hirafu but still walkable to everything.

The heated lockers were such a nice touch, letting us pull on warm ski boots in the morning. We had an amazing stay at Kozue, with a spacious, modern, well-equipped apartment that was relaxing to return to after skiing. The team’s hospitality was exceptional. James, Sinead and Maddie drove us to ski lifts, suggested restaurants, and even left a small birthday treat since it was my birthday during the stay. Thanks to the Kozue team for making it memorable.

Kozue made our Niseko ski trip feel effortless, and I’d absolutely stay here again. Oscar Loarridge and the team were amazing. Their suggestions for onsens and bars were spot on and added a lot to the trip. Big thanks to the shuttle team for being so responsive and reliable. I’d highly recommend Kozue.
