It's in a convenient spot, and getting a taxi back after a long day at USJ was pretty cheap.

I live here, and the noise from guests is awful. Maybe it's a lack of common sense or a cultural difference, but they're jumping around in the middle of the night, enough to make the room vibrate. I've contacted the management company and nothing has been done to fix it, so I'm planning to move out soon.

I liked the place. It was clean, comfortable, and on the shady side, so it didn't feel hot.

I booked through Agoda and had a terrible time getting into the room. I did receive an email, but the important part was redacted and impossible to make out. I couldn't get anywhere through Agoda, couldn't reach them by phone, and got no reply. Eventually I called the emergency complaint number and reached an operator who spoke Japanese. During the call, the Agoda operator told me the password couldn't be sent by email and was only available by phone. I wish they'd provided instructions to call first, along with a link to the number. It took about 90 minutes to get inside. There was another family stuck at the entrance too, so I told them they wouldn't get in unless they got staff on the phone. The key box at the entrance didn't respond and was frustrating. Inside, the washing machine's drain hose wasn't connected to the drain, and doing laundry caused a huge flood. The Android tablet and Android TV also didn't work properly. If you think of it as a stay in China with Chinese management, or as being abroad rather than in Japan, you may find it comfortable.
