The room card situation is inconvenient if you're staying with someone else, since they provide only one. The location itself is handy, but the cleaning was poor: there was a thick layer of dust and cobwebs under and around the bed, and sand across the floor. There was no water dispenser in the restaurant, and the vending machines were sold out. You'll need to walk a little way to a convenience store to buy water.

We stayed three nights and found the hotel clean, with helpful staff and a great location. The trains are an easy walk, about two minutes downstairs, and the area to the east is nice to explore. Our room had a lovely city view and was a standard size for Japan, with all the amenities we needed. They accepted our forwarded luggage from Kyoto and helped us send it on to Tokyo.

The staff were great, and the room was small but comfortable. It's right above Yotsubashi Station Exit 1A, with Dotonbori about a ten-minute walk away. The room is beside a highway, but there wasn't much traffic noise coming through the window.

Booking online was easy, and the hotel is well placed for the subway and plenty of konbinis. Dotonbori is a pleasant walk of around 10-16 minutes. The hotel was clean, with large beds and a room that felt compact but roomy enough.

We liked it so much that we booked a second stay. The rooms are clean and reasonably small, and the location is central, right above a metro station. Dotonbori and Namba are about a ten-minute walk away, with good restaurants nearby. I'd definitely recommend it.
