We ended up here unexpectedly last week after our Air BnB fell through, and the cat theme won us over. Everything felt adorable, and the place was spotlessly clean and really comfortable. The rooms are tiny by North American standards, almost closet-like, but we loved it. How much space do you really need? The staff were outstanding and went out of their way to help, including making several calls for us since we don't speak Japanese. Miura was especially wonderful and did far more than she had to. We felt welcome and looked after. There's a tiny breakfast spot in the lobby, where we had coffee in the morning. This was one of our best hotel experiences ever, in a city full of fabulous food and people. We'd absolutely recommend it and stay again.

When our travel agent left us without a place to stay in Osaka, a quick Google search brought us to the cute cat hotel, Hotel Wan. Miura spoke perfect English, helped us book a room at a tough moment, and even contacted our next accommodation in another city so we wouldn't be stranded. Her service was next level, and Hotel Wan and Miura will always be part of our Japan 2026 memories. There's no actual cat at the hotel, though I wish there were. The place is clean and sophisticated, with tasteful little cat decorations that make it feel welcoming. The rooms are small but lovely and affordable. My friend and I managed well in the small space for two nights. In the morning there are delicious free pastries and coffee, and a lovely lounge where you can sit and enjoy them. Love this darling hotel!

I made some last-minute changes and booked through Agoda a week ahead. The room was good for the price and had everything you'd expect at this price point for a Japanese room. The staff were kind, and they let me leave my luggage while I went for a stroll before my flight. I love this hotel and highly recommend it.

We really liked the hotel's spot right in the center of the Shinsekai district. Rooms are small but efficient and clean, with a cozy bed and nice service. The staff were super friendly, and Law especially stood out. You can choose between having the room cleaned or just getting fresh towels and a changed rubbish bin.

A clean, comfortable place with a handy location and luggage storage. They offer free croissants and coffee for breakfast, and there's a cute little waiting room. You can also get a free bike rental if you leave this Google review.
