The staff made this stay unforgettable, especially Michelle. She went out of her way to help us, from suggesting restaurants and things to do around the city to making us feel welcome throughout. At the end of the trip, she even wrote us a heartfelt handwritten note that meant a lot. That kind of hospitality is rare, and we can’t wait to return. This was the highlight of our three-week trip to Japan, and the hotel and rooms were amazing. We’ve always loved the Marriott brand, especially the W, but staff like Michelle make us not want to stay anywhere else. We’re already booking for next year!

We loved the hotel's stylish, fun atmosphere, which felt right for Osaka. The housekeeping and turndown service were among the best we’ve experienced, with the room spotless and thoughtfully set up each day. Everyone was kind, welcoming, and attentive. The location was great too, a short walk from the train station, with shops, cafes, and restaurants nearby. We enjoyed walking through the shopping district on the way to Dotonbori, and Blue Bottle Coffee right across the street was a nice extra. Taxis were easy to catch directly outside. An amazing stay and one of the highlights of our Japan trip.

The accommodation was amazing and the staff were incredible, but the cost of extras brought the stay down for me. Compared with other places we’ve stayed in Japan, everything outside the room price felt inflated. Breakfast was going to be $50 AUD per person, at least $20 more than at the other hotels on our trip. The minibar was at least twice what you’d pay at a store, with a nut bar costing $6 AUD. Even washing one pair of underwear was $5 AUD. We’ve stayed at other five-star resorts and hotels and haven’t been charged this much. Usually there’s a minibar credit or it’s included. For what we paid to stay here, the extra prices felt high compared with other five-star places that offer a more inclusive experience.

The location was perfect, the place was very clean, and the rooms were especially spacious for Japan. The main floor bar was great and breakfast was delicious. Jack and Niki really made the visit, though. My wife, my best friend, and I came in late January for her birthday, and they made us feel like VIPs throughout. On her birthday, they even drew a cake on a card and wrote her a lovely birthday note. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. I’d recommend this property to anyone visiting Osaka.

The suite had loads of room, and the design was remarkable. The views were spectacular too. The hotel is quite new, and the room design felt elegant, practical, and carefully thought through. I’ve stayed at other high-end hotels in Osaka before, but this was easily the best for design, space, and service. The staff surprised us each day with small gifts that actually suited us, and the service was great. We were there for just two nights. If I’d known how good it would be, I would have stayed longer. It exceeded my expectations, and I’ll definitely come back.
