Tabist Business Hotel Fujiya

I had such an enjoyable night here, and the place is so close to the event venue that I barely had to walk around. They told me when the fireworks would be, helped me find a parking spot, and even looked for and lent me a phone charger when I realized I'd forgotten mine. The older person was lively and energetic, while the younger one seemed gentle. I think they were parent and child and ran the place together. I'll definitely stay again next year. (=＾ω＾)

Even though I booked a non-smoking room, the room and the whole building had an unpleasant, strong chemical smell, like air freshener. I had to leave the bathroom exhaust fan running for 2-3 hours before I could finally go into the room. The staff were very friendly, though.

My second-floor non-smoking room was clean and well maintained, and I was satisfied with it. But there are apartment buildings on the third floor and above, and the children's footsteps were so loud that I couldn't sleep until 10 PM every night. Coming back exhausted from work and having to put up with the noise until the kids upstairs went to bed was awful.

The toilet in my room wasn't flushing properly and eventually got clogged. The young person who came to deal with it was very nice, and they let me use the toilet at the front desk. But when the manager showed up later, he was confrontational and told me to leave if I wasn't happy. I'd been drinking, so finding another hotel or moving was difficult. I'd never been treated like a complainer before.
