You can cook in the room's kitchen, and there's a supermarket nearby for fresh meat and vegetables. There's also a 24h YOKOSO where you can pick up what you need. The hotel felt comfortable and cozy, and the owner is a handsome, cool guy.

The room is clean and quiet at night, with furniture, pots and dishes provided. It's small, as you'd expect in central Tokyo: five people would be the absolute limit, while three would probably feel most comfortable. The location is very convenient, just a minute from A6 exit, though there's no elevator. The host is very welcoming. I'd suggest letting them know your check-in and check-out times in advance.

It felt like staying in an apartment rented for a short time. The owner was kind, and I could stay without worrying about disturbing anyone. There are appliances for heating up food from the convenience store, and I was glad the bathroom wasn't a unit type.
