The room felt cramped, with a lot of things packed into it, though it had all the amenities, including pajamas and DHC products. Towels and pajamas were replaced every day, which was nice. Inaricho Station on the Ginza Line is about a five-minute walk away, and there are affordable places to eat nearby, like Sukiya, McDonald's, and Yoshinoya, along with Familymart. It was a good stay, but a bit pricey for the room size.

The main drawback was the room temperature. I was there in late winter, and the air conditioning was fixed at 28°C, which made sleeping uncomfortable. Opening the window a little let in cool air and helped. I also found it inconvenient that no drinking water was provided. On the plus side, children stayed free, which was the main reason I picked this hotel, and the room was cleaned daily. The toilet and bathroom worked well, toiletries, pajamas, and a hair dryer were supplied, and there were microwaves and ice makers on floors 2, 3, and 4. Inaricho metro station is a two-minute walk away. I stayed for seven days in mid-March.

We always got a smile from the staff, who were helpful whenever we had questions. The location was handy, with the metro and FamilyMart a short walk away. And if you stay here, you HAVE to visit BiBiBi, Akiras tiny restaurant. We were a family of four in a family room, but could barely fit the two beds. The room wasn't very big, much like other hotels in Japan, and the beds were hard, so sleeping was rough. The French memory foam pillows were annoying, but we managed.

The area between Ueno and Asakusa has plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and cafes, so there should be something for most people. The hotel's location makes getting around Tokyo easy: it's under five minutes on foot to Inaricho Station on the Ginza Line, about 10 minutes to JR Ueno Station, and around 15 to Keisei Ueno Station. My room was small, so large luggage or two medium suitcases could make it feel tight. I'm overweight, and the toilet position was a little tricky, though manageable. Wi-Fi was good, the bed and pillow were comfortable, and the staff were accommodating. For the price, I think it's a good Tokyo option to consider.
