What stood out most was the staff. We called the emergency number around 1am because of another guest’s situation, and they responded incredibly quickly and helpfully. On checkout day, we also ran into an unexpected issue, and the team went out of their way to support us. Mai was especially helpful that day and a pleasure to deal with. Our compact room was functional, just right for us since we mainly needed somewhere to sleep. We chose a loft-style room in the main building, Room 304, at the end of the first floor. The ladder felt safe, and the bed was comfortable. We slept very well throughout our stay. The hotel is on a smaller street just off the main road, so it stayed quiet at night without traffic noise. The nearest subway station is a short walk away, and we walked about 15 minutes to Shinjuku every day. Compared with other, quite expensive hotels nearby, this was much more reasonably priced and didn’t disappoint. We had a really pleasant stay and would happily come back.

The staff were the main reason I’d stay again. They were extremely helpful when we needed to recycle some boxes from figurines we’d bought. Everyone was friendly and helpful, and the place was clean. It’s a great stay, fairly close to stations and shops, and set back from the main road so it isn’t too noisy. I’d definitely recommend it.

Mia was a wonderful hostess, friendly and welcoming, and clearly explained everything while helping us check in. The host was quick to respond, the instructions were easy to follow, and check-in went smoothly. The place was clean and matched the photos. We had a cozy, comfortable stay and really enjoyed our time there.

The location made it easy to find food and things to do, and the staff were so kind and helpful. They even took out the trash regularly while we were there. The room is small, but we still felt the stay was worth it and would happily return.
