We had a smooth experience getting our bags delivered to the hotel before we arrived, and the staff also handled a later delivery of things we’d bought elsewhere in Japan without any trouble. Service was excellent. The main draw is being right in the middle of Shibuya. After exploring Tokyo all day, we didn’t have to think about catching the last train or taking the metro back late. Everything was close by. The rooms were fairly standard, but felt surprisingly spacious for such a central part of the city, and the three of us had enough room to be comfortable. I’d happily come back. It’s a great option if you want to stay in central Tokyo, directly connected to one of its liveliest areas.

The staff were friendly and the service was great. The room was a little small and looked a bit aged, but we didn’t mind since we could walk to so much from this hotel. Shibuya Crossing, the Hachikō Statue, shops, restaurants, and places for entertainment were all nearby. We had a wonderful stay, and the location right in the city was hard to beat.

Getting around Shibuya was easy, with the hotel connected to the indoor mall and direct access to Shibuy station. There were also convenient konbini options in the mall. We had luggage sent from elsewhere in Japan, and it made it up to our room without any fuss. The executive double was a decent size, and the 22nd floor had a great view. Breakfast on the 25th floor was alright, with a view over Shibuya. The room had the usual amenities, plus a built-in universal plug adapter with USB A ports, which was handy.

It was easy to get around Tokyo from here, since the hotel connects to Shibuya Station and the airport limousine bus stops right outside. Our room was comfortable, with a great view of the Shibuya Scramble, even though some people call the hotel old. Staff were friendly and accommodating, and the front desk's luggage delivery service was convenient and reasonably priced. Breakfast on the 25th floor had a nice variety and lovely views. I’d definitely recommend staying here.

The café was a lovely place to start the morning, with delicious food. The staff were some of the best we met on our trip, kind, attentive, professional, and always willing to help. With the hotel connected to the mall and grocery and food options, it was easy to pick up coffee, snacks, meals, or essentials after a long day out. Shopping, restaurants, and trains were all close by in the heart of Shibuya, right among the energy of Tokyo. I’d gladly return and recommend it to anyone visiting the city. ☀️
