The harbour view from our room was great, and the hotel's right across from the ferry terminal, which made getting to and from the island easy. The info centre is close by too, with a good tour running from there. Breakfast included curry, juice, and coffee, so it was an easy way to start the day. The hotel has friendly staff, fair prices, and spacious rooms. It's an older place, so there are no modern extras like USB charging points. The furnishings show their age, but everything worked and felt comfortable. The aircon rattled, though I still managed to sleep okay. Shikoku stays warm even toward autumn, so running the aircon all the time was essential. We ate at the restaurant. It was okay, but not especially tasty, and the food could use more spice. All in all, it's a good place for a few days and worth the trip.

The rooms were clean, the beds were comfy, the view was beautiful, and the staff were very helpful. The hotel itself is old, but that doesn't have to be a bad thing, and it was nice to have a bath there. It's right beside the port and bus stations, so getting around is easy. There's a 7/11 nearby too. You could also rent bikes using the Hello Cycling app and a credit card. I had a pleasant stay.

The rooms were older, but spacious and well kept, with a nice seating area where you can have green tea and look out at the ocean. There's also a good-sized public bath, including a seawater bath, which is pretty cool with the hotel right by the sea.

The room was 23 square meters, but the TV was only 14 inches, which was the one drawback. Otherwise, it was a comfortable resort stay, and the price included a Japanese-style nine-course dinner as well as a breakfast buffet. Definitely good value.
