Sumihei Bettei Tokitotoki

We stayed in the “kasuga” room on the second floor, overlooking the Main Street. The room was just the right size and had everything we needed, from tea and water to toiletries and a Dyson hair dryer. They provided yukatas for the in-house onsen and for visiting the other seven onsens in town. My girlfriend and I had a great stay in Kinosaki Onsen. Dinner was a buffet where we chose seafood to be steamed, and each person was guaranteed half a crab. The crab was delicious. While it cooked, we had sashimi, followed by Tajima beef after the steamed dishes. Both the beef and crabs are local specialties, and we were glad they were part of the meal. There's also a matcha experience and an all-day lounge with snacks and drinks that vary by time of day. The staff were attentive and helpful. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We especially liked the private onsen after spending time exploring town and going on a few hikes. Toki to Toki is near the main onsen street but stays quiet and relaxing, and the staff were friendly. The included meals and snacks were incredible. The ryokan is beautifully designed, blending traditional charm with modern comfort. Our rooms were clean and comfortable, decorated in classic Japanese style. A serene place in Kinosaki Onsen, and we'd definitely return.

The little touches and service were so good, from peppermint-scented towels at reception to tea and snacks throughout the day. It's right next to one of the public onsens, and the stay includes a pass for all seven. The private baths they offer are amazing, too. I'd stay here again, 10/10.

Everyone was so kind, the hotel was immaculate, and the food was delicious. We loved our stay and, coming from the USA, we're already making plans to return. Thanks for such a great time.
