10/10
The staff were happy to answer questions, and there were plenty of food options and vending machines. It’s also handy for visiting Toyota, with both the train and the destination about a 10-minute walk away. If you’ve never tried one, I’d suggest the capsule cabin. No frills, but a good stay.
8/10
I booked this for the Toyota factory tour, and the location worked well: Toyota Kaikan is a five-minute walk, and Mikawa Toyoda Train Station is about ten minutes away. The large bath and sauna are only for men. Women are given a bag of bath items instead, including lotion, a face mask, bath salt, and a washcloth.
6/10
For Toyota headquarters or a factory tour, the location is really convenient, right across the street, and Toyota Kaikan is close too. Rooms are small but okay, and the capsule hotel option is very cheap. It’s clean and friendly, with a good Japanese bath, so it’s a perfectly fine place to stay.
10/10
The rooms were clean, and the service was excellent. The Toyota museum is very convenient to reach, about a five-minute walk from the hotel.
2/10
The rooms were awful, narrow, dirty, and old. I asked for a quiet room away from the elevator and got one right next to it. Nobody speaks English. Worst hotel ever. Avoid it!
