The host was really friendly, and I liked the traditional-style flooring. The place was clean and comfortable, and it had a washer and dryer.

The manager was so kind, and the facilities were fine. Tsushima didn’t seem to have anywhere else to stay, which was unfortunate because people in the dorm kept making noise until 3:30 AM. I couldn’t sleep and had to work the next morning, so that was rough.

The air has a pleasant smell, and the place feels charming and authentically Japanese, with tatami rooms and traditional wooden buildings. I was on the second floor, though, and the stairs were so narrow and steep that carrying luggage was difficult.

The caretaker was kind and very friendly. I stayed in the cold season, but the heating worked really well and there were plenty of amenities, so I was very comfortable. Thank you!
