The service was good and I liked the room. There’s also a big smoking room and a work area on the second floor, which came in handy.

The room was dusty, even the air purifier, and the bathtub had stains. The carpet felt damp, so cleanliness was my main concern. The location is the big plus: two short blocks from Motomachi Chukagai station, including its lift access, and in the quieter part of Yokohama Chinatown, near plenty of food stalls.

The staff were accommodating and the bathroom was clean, with enough amenities. Wi-Fi worked reliably, too. My one awkward moment came just before checkout, when I went to the lobby to ask something and couldn't find any staff; nobody answered when I called from the front desk. The room is the usual business hotel size, comfortable enough for a solo trip of 1-3 days. The hotel is in Chinatown and a fairly short walk from the nearest subway station, so it could be a good base for exploring the area.

I asked for a non-smoking room but was given a smoking one. Even after we moved to a non-smoking room, we could still smell cigarettes. The bedding and walls had dirt stains, and the air conditioner looked filthy at a glance. When we asked to change rooms, they wanted extra payment without letting us use the previous room. The Nepali receptionists were rude and disrespectful as well. It wasn't worth spending a night or holiday here, and I wouldn't recommend it.
