This was my second stay, and I found it good value for the location and facilities. The rooms are large and well-appointed, and mine had a great view. Helpful staff handled check-in. Food and drinks were available nearby, though I couldn’t eat at the restaurant because of my work schedule. There’s a 7-11 just around the corner, plus plenty of cafes, restaurants, bars, and shops. The lobby’s projection lighting is a nice touch.

A good first stop on my trip. The location is central in Yokohama, the room was a decent size, and the price was good. Everything was clean, and the staff were helpful even though I checked in late. I was only there briefly, but the bar and restaurant looked good too.

Getting to the train station is easy, and the room was good. The 10am checkout, though, felt too early for me.

The room was big and comfortable, and I liked the breakfast. The front desk team were especially friendly and helpful. Mr Akaishi deserves a special thank you for arranging our luggage delivery.
