I especially enjoyed having afternoon tea in the lounge with my mom. It gave us some special time together. I also got a room with a view of Seoul Tower, which made the stay feel more special. From the moment I arrived at the Ambassador Hotel in Seoul, I felt comfortable and well looked after. A special thanks to Jennifer in the Executive Lounge. She was exceptionally kind and attentive, and made each interaction feel personal and welcoming. Her service really stood out.

We came here after our wedding to relax, and having access to the lounge floor was incredibly convenient. We were very happy with the lounge dining. Happy hour had a great range of drinks and different shrimp dishes, and enjoying it with the sunset made it feel extra special. We checked in late, but Lucia took great care of us. We especially want to thank her for her warm hospitality.

The staff made this hotel stand out for me. Everyone was warm, and the service felt genuine. The team also knew the area well and pointed me to a great karaoke spot for my birthday. I’m so grateful to the woman at the front desk, whose name I sadly forgot. She went out of her way to look after my safety by arranging a taxi, checking the address, and giving me the driver’s details. The breakfast had a good balance of Western favorites and quality local food. One morning I couldn’t sit down to eat, but the hostess kindly made me an iced coffee to take with me. The Ambassador Pullman is visually stunning, with beautifully considered design, and the hospitality was just as impressive.

The location is right among the main shopping areas and landmarks. We found Uber easier and used it every time instead of public transport. The amenities were modern and very clean, and our room was thoroughly cleaned every day. Every staff member was hospitable and friendly, always checking that we were having a good time. The bathroom mirrors were well lit, and the full-length mirror by the dressing area was perfect. From arriving with the porters to checking in, and then getting taxis whenever we went out, the experience was great. Special mention to Enoch, who went the extra mile to make sure we were properly settled in our room. I couldn’t have asked for more and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended.

I came in on an early morning flight. The staff took my bags and invited me to wait in the club lounge until my room was ready. Emma was amazing and worked with housekeeping to get the room ready as soon as possible.
