For a proper break surrounded by nature, Ikram's is a good choice. It's simple and basic, but peaceful, with an amazing view and a calm feel that's perfect for meditation. The owner, Mr. Husni, was kind and very helpful. I'd recommend it to anyone looking to really switch off.

Set apart from the usual tourist hotels, this secluded spot sits by a long, spacious beach on the west coast. You can watch the sun go down behind the Indian ocean.

Passing by Ikram's Estate in 2024, we saw no sign of any guests. It had been empty for a month, and it was very expensive.

I'd gladly stay again. Ikram is a really nice host and speaks perfect German. And unlike many hotels, the rooms are clean!

A dream, with the beach right beside the garden. The landlord is really nice and helpful, and speaks excellent German. Couldn't ask for better.
