Dar Sienna

We had such lovely days at Dar Sienna. The cosy room and beautiful house, the wonderful food from Said & Amina, and the warm host and other guests all made for a superb atmosphere. We also had great times up on the roof terrace. Shukran, shukran, shukran @Sonhild, Said and Amina. We'll be back!

I stayed in the nice upstairs room. The toilet setup is a little awkward, but the house manager is a helpful, down to earth host. The renovated space clearly has had a lot of work and care put into it by the owner. It's a good option in a convenient part of Fes Medina, with great views from the terrace.

The house has loads of history and character, and the roof terrace is lovely on summer nights. It's perfectly placed beside Moulay Idris and very close to University of Al Quaraouiyine. Said gave us a map so we could get used to the medina lanes, including the easy route to the blue gate. He was a great accommodation manager and helped us navigate our travels around Morocco. Before we arrived, the host was very responsive to every question. They arranged my tours and airport transfers too, at a very fair price. I hope to return to Fez next year and wouldn't stay anywhere else. With love, Rashad

The lovely housekeeper Saba made us feel at home, and the breakfasts she prepared were marvelous. Sonhild, the owner, shared useful information about Moroccan culture so we knew what to expect. Ahmed, the house manager, welcomed us warmly and helped with everything we needed to know during our stay in the enchanting Fes medina.
