Riad Ghita Palace

I booked a smaller room, but they moved me to a bigger one so I'd have space to pray. My sons came to visit, and the staff were very accommodating. It's a breathtakingly beautiful riad, the management and staff were incredibly helpful, and the food was amazing. I highly recommend Riad Ghita Palace.

The alley can seem empty as you walk down it, but it's worth finding this riad. The courtyard and rooms are beautiful, and breakfast was excellent. Dinner was good too.

I wasn't happy with the experience, though maybe it was because we visited in February, during the low season. We were staying at the Riad, even though we'd booked the palace, which is two buildings away and owned by them. The palace wasn't in use, wasn't very clean, and seemed to have no staff or security. Wi-Fi only worked during the day and appeared to be off in the evening and at night. Breakfast was served at the Riad, so we had to walk to the other building for it. That also confirmed there was no staff there, despite the receptionist telling us a colleague would be around all evening. I only found out who the manager was the next day at breakfast, and we had to remind her that we were still owed change from the payment we'd made the day before. I'm not sure what to make of it all. There are better places in Fes.

The rooms, colors, and decorations are wonderful, with so much attention to detail. This is an amazing riad and a lovely place to spend a vacation and enjoy a stay in Fes. The staff and service went beyond what I expected. Thanks a lot.
