Abdeslam at reception deserves a golden star. He always listens, stays in a good mood, and somehow makes the impossible possible. He's so professional and warm, and gives 1000% every time. Thank you, Abdeslam! We keep coming back to this marvellous place. The rooms, service, and everything else are perfect.

We felt right at home throughout the week we stayed here. The staff, from reception to the kitchen and laundry, were polite and helpful, and looked after us like family. Our little one was sick when we arrived. The next day, the woman in charge of the restaurant recommended a nearby child specialist. The doctor and clinical staff were outstanding, and quickly did the necessary check-ups and gave our child medication. The room was just the right size, with a low ceiling, and we had a balcony with a lovely view. The hotel is within walking distance of Marrakech's famous attractions. I'd recommend it 100% because of the angelic staff.

The rooftop is a relaxing place to sit, with a great view, and the restaurant staff were friendly and efficient. I also found the currency exchange downstairs convenient, though there can sometimes be a queue. My room at Hotel Ali was comfortable and private, and the staff were consistently welcoming and helpful. A very pleasant and practical stay.

I only stopped for a coffee while watching the end of a Newcastle match. The coffee was excellent, as it is all over Marrakech, and the service was friendly in a relaxed atmosphere. I'll go back to try the food.

We got our money without waiting long, and they didn't even check our passports. The exchange rate here is very fair. If you're in Marrakech and need local currency, I'd recommend this place.
