The staff are what made our stay special. Everyone went out of their way to make sure we were comfortable, and the riad itself is beautiful. My sister and I spent five nights here for a birthday getaway, and had a great experience from start to finish. Before we arrived, the manager, Nabil, got in touch to welcome us and arrange airport transport. Adil greeted us cheerfully, walked us from the main road to the riad, and was available whenever we needed help. The owner, Fateha, welcomed us in person. Our spacious, spotless room had been beautifully decorated by Fatema, a thoughtful touch. It also had a large ensuite shower room, fluffy towels, and bathrobes. We slept comfortably, then enjoyed freshly made traditional Moroccan breakfast from Mona and Fatema each morning. We could eat in the spacious lounge with classic Moroccan furnishings or on the rooftop, where there were pleasant places to dine or relax in the sun. Medina Charme Riad and Spa is a hidden gem among the streets of Marrakesh, near the historical sights and shopping areas. I'd highly recommend it for an authentic, luxurious stay. Thanks to all the staff for making it memorable.

Adil and Nabil, who run the riad, were accommodating, polite, and among the most genuine people we met in Morocco. They made our stay feel personal. The riad is new, clean, and comfortable once you're inside. It's tucked behind a local wet market that can look a little sketchy, though the area is generally safe. Don't miss the rooftop, a quiet place to relax above the city. Highly recommend it.

The riad was spotless, peaceful, and really comfortable to come back to after a long day in Marrakech. I stayed at Médina Charme Riad & Spa for three nights, and it felt like being at home in the best way. Big thanks to Nabil, Adel, and Mona for the warm welcome, especially Adel, who was so friendly and helpful and made everything feel easy from day one. If you want a clean, cozy place with genuinely kind people, I'd highly recommend it. I'd happily stay again.

We stayed as a group and spent our last evening on the terrace, enjoying the warm Moroccan night and the lovely hospitality. Breakfast was served up there too, and we were glad to be able to order a vegetable omelette. The riad is beautiful, with everything new, clean, and well maintained. The service was excellent, and we had a very pleasant stay.
