Riad Al Taïnam

The inner courtyard pool is beautiful, and we loved spending time in the rooftop garden, where we took some lovely videos. Right in the heart of the Medina, the riad feels spacious and peaceful away from the busy streets. My wife and I stayed at Riad Al Tainam for one night. We liked it so much that we booked another stay elsewhere in Marrakech just to compare, and this riad really stood out. Adel was a great manager, helping us with directions and local tips and making things easy. Breakfast was delicious, and we'd definitely recommend this little gem.

We had a lovely four-night stay at Riad Al Tainam. The staff were welcoming and kind, and manager Adil was fantastic, very professional and helpful. The room could use a little more attention, perhaps a small renovation, but it was always very clean. Big thanks to the whole team.

The manager was rude, showed us to the room with an attitude, and made us feel like a burden. The owner started by making us read through the rules. I understand rules matter, but the timing ruined the vibe. We'd booked the three-person room for one night, luckily. The beds were terrible: mine was shorter than me at 175 cm and only 70-80 cm wide, with a 4 cm mattress on solid wood. The manager said there was no way to change the AC temperature, and the room got very cold overnight. We all slept badly, whether from the strong sewage smell or the hard beds. There was barely enough toilet paper, not even a whole roll, and no one was at reception all night. I stood there shouting for someone to come, assuming they were asleep somewhere nearby. Cheap feel and a rude manager.

I visited this place and loved the rooms and the food. The facility was very clean, and the management was professional. I strongly recommend it for couples or anyone wanting to enjoy a visit to the city. I'll definitely come back. Thanks, Adil, for the outstanding service during our stay. Greetings from Canada.
