My partner and I enjoyed four lovely nights there earlier this month. Christine gave us helpful advice and recommendations, and all the staff were attentive and friendly without being over the top. We had one dinner there, which was very good and reasonably priced, and the breakfasts were excellent. The room was lovely and spacious. We also enjoyed the Hammam and Massage as a couple, and would certainly return.

After the owner's response, the untrue statements have continued. They only confirm the lack of professionalism and decent service we experienced during our stay. We left the Riad ourselves for several reasons, and given the owner's behaviour, this lack of ethics was expected. Other reviews suggest we're not the first to face this kind of thing. We received the worst treatment I've ever experienced in a hotel, during our recent marriage, while my husband was discovering Morocco for the first time. I had insisted on choosing a Riad instead of a conventional hotel so he could experience the city's culture, and ended up regretting it. The owner was extremely rude and insulting after we commented on the obviously poor treatment. That's not how we want visitors to see the country, and it's not what good service should look like. I don't recommend this place. I'm sure there are plenty of other riads where guests are treated with respect.

We felt right at home in this authentic Moroccan riad in central Marrakech. The staff looked after us so well, from serving a lovely breakfast and home-cooked dinner to keeping our room spotless. Such a gem, I can't recommend it enough ❤️

The rooms at Riad Ayadina are like works of art, and the riad itself feels like a museum. It was one of our best stays in Morocco, and we'd highly recommend it.

We loved cooling off in the rooftop pool when the heat became too much, especially after walking through the souks. Riad Ayadina is a beautiful place, and the staff were so friendly. The owner greeted us at breakfast each morning, which felt personal and welcoming. Fatima made us a fantastic vegetarian meal, and everyone was helpful throughout our stay. The riad sits on the edge of the Medina, around a 30-minute walk from the main souks. We found it easier to take a quick taxi to Jemaa el-Fnaa Square and explore from there. It's also beside a main road, though traffic noise inside was minimal and didn't disturb us at night. The restaurant stops serving fairly early, and after 11 p.m. the place is completely quiet. We'd happily come back.
