We paid for four nights but left after just one and found another hotel. I felt misled by the photos on the website, which looked at least ten years old. The location was awful and the service abysmal. We weren’t given a key, so we had to knock whenever we came back, and it could take up to 20 minutes for someone to answer. Our supposed double room had a double bed and two camp beds, and little else. It felt more like a hostel than somewhere for couples. My wife and I were so relieved to find a decent hotel in a decent area with rooms available. I usually avoid writing reviews when I can’t say something good, but I’m making an exception so others don’t make the same mistake based on photos that may not be current. Awful place and experience. Stay well clear.

We had a lovely stay. The rooms were spacious, the amenities modern, and the staff friendly. We’ll definitely book again in the future.

Nice hotel and a great breakfast. It’s close to jamelfana and the monument, with shopping easy to get to.

The staff were really friendly, and the Hammam and massage were super good. Highly recommended!
