The reception staff were lovely. They offered to arrange a taxi and kept our luggage safe, and I hope they take the rest as constructive criticism because there’s room to improve. The location is good, but water spilled from the bathroom into the room. Our room had no natural light, which really didn’t work for me, and breakfast wasn’t as nice as at the riads in the Medina. I also think this place is better described as a hotel than a riad.

I keep coming back to Riad Dar Douirtna, and it’s always a pleasure. This time I was there with my wife, and, as a returning guest, I appreciated being offered a superior suite for the price of a single room. The friendly staff, calm atmosphere, and consistently excellent service made our stay comfortable again. It’s in Gueliz, close to cafés, restaurants, main facilities, and everything you might need. You can walk to Majorel Garden or Jemaa elfna in at most 23 minutes. I highly recommend it for comfort, convenience, and genuine Moroccan hospitality in Marrakech.

The staff were very friendly and arranged a 3:30 am taxi to the airport. They also packed breakfast for our journey, which we really appreciated. We stayed last night and found the place clean, the service pleasant, and the price good value.

Willy made things especially easy for us, helping with local tips and arranging trips and activities. Everyone was kind and helpful, and the service was a big part of what made our stay so enjoyable. Riad Douirtna is right in the heart of the New Town, with great cafés and local places nearby. It felt peaceful and safe, and the Old Town was only a short ride away. Our clean room had everything we needed and was decorated in Moroccan style. The price-quality ratio was excellent. Breakfast was delicious each morning, with fresh bread, olives, fruit, eggs, and Moroccan tea. I’d recommend this place for its comfort, style, and welcoming hospitality in Marrakech.

The room AC didn’t seem to reach us, maybe because of where it was positioned. Apart from that, we had a lovely stay. The hosts were attentive and lovely, and the kitchen guy was great too. They notice the details and are always happy to help.
