We slept so well here. Our room had a super king bed, air conditioning, and shutters that kept out all the light, and the whole place was peaceful. The terrace was our favourite spot in Marrakech, whether we were having breakfast or dinner or simply relaxing there. The riad itself is stunning and in a perfect location. Isabelle is a wonderful host who knows the city well and is also an exceptional chef. The staff were warm and always greeted us with a smile. The best meal of our stay was right at the riad, with delicious food, impeccable service, and a lovely setting for a romantic evening.

The rooftop became our favourite place to unwind. Riad Hizad is a peaceful little hideaway in the middle of the Medina, and the rooms are beautiful and tranquil. Isabelle was wonderful, always ready with travel information, local recommendations, and warm hospitality. My boyfriend and I had an amazing time there in early December. On our last evening, she cooked us one of the best dinners of our lives. We couldn’t have been happier.

Isabelle took great care of us and helped with planning and logistics, which made the stay easy and enjoyable. Riad Hizad is a quiet place to retreat to, just a short walk from a main road in the Medina. If you want an authentic stay with outstanding service, this place is a great choice.

Sana really went above and beyond to look after us, and the breakfast was generous. The service was excellent, the beds and bathrooms comfortable, the WiFi strong, and the shower was amazing. The riad has six rooms, each very different and unique. I stayed in a few of them. It’s a safe villa with a perfect location, well suited to couples and solo female travellers. This is a luxury riad and one of the best you can find in Marrakesh, so I think paying a little more than average is worth it. It’s comfortable and quiet, too. The team can arrange an airport pickup with a driver, which I recommend. It’s very easy. You can exchange a few euros, for example 50 euros, at the airport before heading to the riad. Thank you, Isabelle, for an amazing and unforgettable stay.
