Ahmad was so kind and warm, and handled everything wonderfully. The airport pickup and drop-off are complimentary, and there’s also a Medina drop-off for a small charge, which is much less than other taxis would cost. Breakfast has loads of options. The room and bathroom were both spacious and modern, too. I highly recommend staying here in Marrakech.

We felt very well looked after, and Ahmed and the staff helped make our Marrakesh trip so enjoyable. The riad is outside the medina, but easy to reach by taxi, and excursions pick up from there. Our room was comfortable and very clean, with great mattresses and pillows and fresh bedding. We were on half board, with a lovely breakfast and a fantastic traditional dinner every night. The beef, prune, and almond tagines were a highlight.

Ahmed went out of his way for us, even finding a tasty burger and making an extraordinary early breakfast just for us. He first welcomed us with delicious tea, and was so kind throughout. The hotel is charming and handy for the airport, and the service was truly exceptional. We had a fantastic stay and highly recommend it.

The staff were incredibly friendly, and our rooms were clean and luxurious. We had a great stay at Riad Kenza, with wonderful hospitality and an incredible breakfast. It’s about five minutes from the airport and close to the city center. Definitely recommend it.

We had a really nice stay. The pool was good, the grounds were well kept, and it was very quiet at night. The staff were super friendly and even gave us a private Moroccan tea making lesson. Breakfast was rich and delicious. A taxi into the inner city with InDrive, which is like Uber, costs about €5. Everything was perfect :)
