Riad Zen House

Samir made our visit especially enjoyable. He was so attentive and friendly, and it was lovely meeting him. The riad is peaceful and only a couple of minutes on foot from the car park. Our room and bathroom were spotless, and the authentic details throughout made the place feel special. We stayed just one night and really enjoyed it.

The riad was easy to spot in the end, with its name written on the wall :) We had a really good experience. The staff were warm and helpful, the rooms felt cozy and were clean, and breakfast was very good. Can definitely recommend it 💯

After walking in the Atlas Mountains, we spent two nights here and found it a real refuge. We even had a dip in the pool and watched the stars from the terrace at night. The service was fabulous, and when one of my friends got lost on her way back from dinner, the staff went to find her and bring her back, which was so kind. Like most riads, it's tucked down a little side street, but this one is away from the busy main square. That felt more comfortable at night, and the staff are happy to help. A very nice place.

We checked out several riads and hotels before choosing Zen House because I prefer seeing a place first. It was clean, well kept, and had no bad smells. The shared areas are beautiful, and the two small pools were always exceptionally clean. There are also lovely rooftops for relaxing. The room had air conditioning, hot and cold running water, and plenty of towels and linens. The staff were all kind and accommodating, and breakfast service was consistently great. We got a discounted price by not booking online, without taxes, though I can't say whether rooms will always be available in the busy season. Zen House is beautiful, and if I come back to Marrakesh, this is where I'll stay. Thank you Khadijah, Mustafa, and the rest of the team for a great visit.
