The apartment was very clean and well furnished, with everything you need for the kitchen and bathroom, including a dishwasher and washing machine. Even though it’s on the first floor, there’s plenty of light. The windows face a quiet, green yard. It takes about 20-25 minutes to walk to the pedestrian street, and there are some good restaurants right across from the apartments. The host is very nice and polite, and will help with anything. Parking is paid and costs a few euro per day.
Lazar was a genuinely kind and helpful host. The apartment was spotless and modern, with everything we needed. I’ve stayed in apartments in other countries too, and this one was absolutely the best!

We only ended up staying here by chance on the final day of our Skopje trip, but the apartment was clean and had new furnishings. The owner was really helpful, and I’d happily recommend it.
We booked through Booking.com and were very happy with the stay. For five nights and six days we paid €180. The landlord deserves a thank you for how clean the place was, and we felt comfortable there. It’s close to the city center, so getting around was easy, with plenty of good restaurants, markets, and shopping centers nearby. I definitely recommend it.
