The bathroom was clean and the bed comfortable. Staff were friendly and welcoming, and kept the shared areas neat. Check-in was quick and easy. I only stayed one night.

I went to the Korean restaurant on the 1st floor and ordered Korean BBQ. After half an hour they told me they couldn't serve it. Parking had been hard to find, and I'd walked a long way with my grandmother, who has trouble walking. We had to leave, and the manager was rude and didn't even apologize. I'm really upset.

It's an easy walk to the square, museums, restaurants, convenience shops, and ATMs. Our room was a good size, and having a washing machine was handy, though the inside feels older. The bathroom smelled noticeably of mold, and the pillows were very flat. There was just one per person, with no extras available. The cafe was nice. We thought there was a Korean restaurant, but it seemed closed. Breakfast mixed Western basics like toast and cereal with Korean food. Buffet dinners are available for groups only.

The location is the one good thing. Service was awful, and they only communicate nicely in Korean. There was no parking, and the parking attendant was really intimidating. It was too noisy and people were too rude. I wouldn't recommend it for a business trip.

A good base for walking around the city. The rooms are clean and practical, and some come with a washing machine.
